Tiny as a carry is pretty capable because of his strong early game that transitions well into the mid and late game because of Aghanims! This build was invited by Liquid`TC(the yasha phase drum build) to give Tiny great movement and attack speed! It ends up doing quite well in the late game while still giving you a lot of great teamfight throughout the game.
