I know this is not the most efficient way to farm a Medusa, but it's a nice little trick if safelane and mid are taken and you don't really want to offlane. I know I could have been more efficient (not failing the second stack, making a support give you a ward, taking the lvl 1 bounty rune, getting luckier with spawns, etc.) but I think that only testifies to the viability of this method.
Notice: the second ward was only placed to clearly demonstrate the place where you can't be hit by the ancients, if you do buy wards save the second observer for when the first one expires, also check the bounty rune at lvl 1 if you get it it''l be a huge boost to your farm and finally, be very wary of ganks as an experienced player will probably will come looking for you once they notice you didn't appear in any lane.
PS.: This works with most ranged heroes (assuming decent range) but it's only really efficient with Medusa because of the split shot active.
