Disruptor is a very strong teamfight and gank hero who used to be more commonly referred to as Thrall. He has a great aoe silence as well as some interesting abilities out of Glimpse and Kinetic Field. You should generally start him off as a solo mid and move into a support/teamfight role. Make sure that you try and counter initiate rather than initiate as youll be able to group up more heroes in your powerful abilities.
